Somebody's online book hoard.

Lots of stuff here, neatly organised into folders, so I mostly don't have to exhaustively link the individual files like some of the other online collections I've found.

Communication. Has lots of stuff on hacking, eavesdropping and encryption.

Crisis. Emergency response, threat assessment, terrorist recognition, sort of thing.

Fitness. Lots of infographics.

Intelligence. Lots of fun stuff here, CIA and USMC factbooks- kind of like badass travel guides for people doing the James Bond tour.

Investigation. Investigation, counter-surveillance, interrogation, forensics.

Security. Extensive. Everything from dog training to home defence to national defence to infiltration to extraction to social engineering.

Skills. You know like nunchuck skills, bow hunting skills, computer hacking skills. Girls only want boyfriends who have great skills!

Pole Shift Survival Information.
These guys were preparing for a magnetic pole shift in 2012. Well, obviously that didn't happen, but I suppose that's noteworthy to anyone interested in the Pole Star Cult.

Good sections on archery, axe and knife throwing, some good stuff on tracking and blacksmithing.
Disappointingly little on martial arts, mostly just some .pdf files that look like direct lifts from 90's website articles, and some charts from a jujitsu school that assume you already know the moves listed.

My picks:

(Erle Montaigue)

Van Donk Lineage, so it's X-Kan, but at least it's not Hayes, lol.

Needs a proofreader. "Rouge Warriors" indeed.
